Technical drawings serve as blueprints for what is to come. These drawings provide a clear and precise visual representation of the final product, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision. During this stage, our designers work with several 3D programs for the best results.
Sampling for material finishes is where we explore textures, colors, and materials to find the perfect match for the project.
This involves exploration of selection of woods, such as oak, walnut, mahogany, and iroko, as well as veneers, upholstery materials like foams, dacrons, feathers, calicos, metals including iron, stainless steel, brass, bronze, various marbles, and diverse types of glass. Each material is chosen for its quality, texture, and aesthetic appeal.
In the prototyping phase, our initial concepts begin to take physical form. This stage blends artistry with technical skill, as we create preliminary models that bring the design to life. Prototyping ensures that every detail aligns with our high standards and the client’s vision. Our skilled artisans and craftsmen bring the design to life, ensuring that each piece is created with quality and craftsmanship.
Our production process leverages both traditional craftsmanship and modern technology in our factory, which spans over 30.000 sq ft, executed by a specialised team. Carpenters and framemakers construct foundational structures, while wood carvers perform detailed enhancements. Polishers and finishers achieve surface perfection. Seamstresses and upholsterers fabricate and apply premium materials.
We conclude each project with a close-out documentation process. This step ensures that every detail is accounted for, providing the client with a complete record of the project from inception to completion.
Once production is complete, we move on to packaging. This guarantees that each piece reaches its destination safely and ready to be installed.
We ensure, if it is client’s choice, that the logistics of delivery are planned and executed.
